Your Most Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are the beds really comfortable for my dog?

Yes! Dog Waves baskets are designed to offer your dog a cozy space where they can rest, sleep, and relax. The materials and padding are selected to prioritize everyday comfort, while creating a true little haven.

2. How to choose the right basket size?

The most important thing is to measure your dog while he is lying down, then compare his measurements with those indicated on the product sheet. If you are hesitating between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger one so that your dog can stretch out comfortably.

3. Are the baskets easy to clean?

Yes. To keep the basket clean and pleasant for as long as possible, we recommend carefully following the care instructions on the product sheet. Regular cleaning helps to remove everyday hair, dust, and small dirt particles.

4. Are Dog Waves products suitable for puppies?

This depends on the product and the age of the puppy. Puppies have specific needs and can be particularly attracted to chewing. We therefore recommend checking the product description and always supervising your puppy while they are using a toy.
